This notice explains, in plain language, how AMA Accounting and Auditing ("AMA", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. It is a general notice for website visitors and enquirers; client engagements are governed by separate engagement terms.

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us:

• Enquiry form: your full name, work email address, telephone number (if provided), company name (optional), area of interest and message.
• Direct contact: information you include when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not set non-essential cookies.

2. Why we collect it

We use the information above to:

• respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
• assess whether and how we can assist, and prepare a proposal if you ask for one;
• maintain a basic record of enquiries for administration and quality purposes.

We do not use enquiry details for marketing lists, and we do not sell personal information.

3. How enquiries are handled

Enquiry form submissions are validated by a dedicated Cloudflare Worker on ama-me.org and forwarded through Cloudflare's email service to our verified business mailbox. The website does not store submissions in a database. Cloudflare and our email provider process the information only as needed to transmit and deliver the message. Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages come to us through those channels and are subject to the terms of the relevant provider (for example, WhatsApp).

4. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence while dealing with your enquiry. If it does not lead to an engagement, we delete or anonymise it within 24 months after our last substantive contact, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal or professional obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. If your enquiry leads to an engagement, related information is retained in line with our engagement terms and professional record-keeping requirements.

5. Sharing with service providers

We share information only with the service providers needed to run this website and our communications — principally Cloudflare Workers for website hosting and secure form delivery, and our email provider — and only to the extent necessary. We do not share enquiry information with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Cross-border processing

Our service providers may process information on servers located outside Egypt or Saudi Arabia (for example, in the United States or the European Union). Where this happens, the information remains protected by the providers' security measures and applicable terms.

7. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the partners and personnel who need it, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential or commercially sensitive information through the enquiry form.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete information we no longer need;
• stop contacting you about your enquiry.
